Gastritis Foods and Other Cures

When you think about it, the national statistics for Gastritis and other stomach illnesses are staggering. These statistics show that 95% of individuals who use conventional Gastritis cures get only temporary relief of their problems. As a matter of fact, these stomach problems end up getting worse because of the medications. That is when people turn to find Gastritis foods that can help them.

The truth is that many Gastritis diets and drugs can have a very negative impact on you because they alter the internal balance, damage your liver function and they even build up toxins in your body.

There are two ways to proof this. First, you are reading this blog. If you are reading this is probably because you have already tried the Gastritis drugs recommended by your doctor and you haven’t found relief for your pain. Believe me when I tell you I know how it feels since I was in the same situation you are now.

Second, if the prescription drugs were so good, why is it that most doctors will only recommend you to take these drugs for only 8 days? Doesn’t that fact seem strange to you? If they were truly good for you, you should be able to take them for longer without any risks.

Doctors don’t let you take these drugs for longer periods because they know that these drugs stimulate the creation of Gastrin. Gastrin is a hormone created by the body that can lead to cancer of the esophagus and/or pancreas. As a matter of fact, these types of cancers are some of the fastest growing cancers in America.

It is just sad for me to see how so many people are getting a bad deal from the drug company and how these individuals are unable to change their circumstances because of lack of knowledge.

It is my hope that with this blog you will learn about the right type of Gastritis foods and how Gastritis and diet are interconnected. After many years of suffering from Gastritis, I have learn that the only way to effectively take care of my pain was by knowing Gastritis foods to avoid and which were good foods for Gastritis.
